Inside 3D Printing Australian debut to tackle The Next Frontier

The
program for the Melbourne installment of the Inside 3D Printing expo series has
been announced.

Run
by NASDAQ-listed Mediabistro (formerly WebMediaBrands), the two-day conference
will be held on July 9 and 10 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The
opening day’s keynote address will be given by globally-recognised expert Terry
Wohlers from Wohlers Associates, authors of the annual Wohlers Report.

The
following day’s keynote will be given by Professor Milan Brandt from RMIT on 3D Printing and the Future of Australian Manufacturing.

The head of the CSIRO’s Titanium Technologies Theme John Barnes will also give
a presentation on metal 3D printing and its future in Australia and elsewhere.

“For the individual, the
conference offers eye-opening opportunities for new careers, investments or
hobby use,” Mediabistro CEO Alan M. Meckler told Manufacturers’ Monthly in January.

“For business professionals,
the show offers great industry leads and exposure.”

Inside 3D Printing held its
first event in New York in April last year and made its international debut in
Singapore in October.
