New gold discovered on Eyre Peninsula

Investigator resources have announced elevated gold and
copper assays from their Yorke Peninsula drill program early this year.

Two diamond core holes at the Roundabout and Spyall targets
have shown mineralisation for gold and copper , confirming magnetic and gravity
geophysics on regional extensions of the historic Moonta copper field.

The bottom of the Roundabout hole (to 341m) returned assays
up to 0.23g/t within a 367m interval, the highest gold values seen by
Investigator in the area, as well as copper to 215ppm.

The Spyall hole demonstrated anomalous copper to 336ppm in
carbonate metasiltstone.

The targets are iron-oxide copper gold (IOCG), Olympic Dam
style potential prospects, located under 50m-200m of cover.

Investigator Resources managing director John Anderson said
the elevated copper-gold results showed there was further opportunity for
shallow IOCG deposits in the under-explored region.

“The gold-anomalous zone at the bottom of the Roundabout
hole is particularly pleasing,” he said.

“It is a possible indicator that the hole is on the edge of
a large mineral system.

“With encouraging assays in the only two holes to test the
large prospective area, Investigator will consider other nearby geophysical
targets and techniques to advance our exploration from these promising initial
results.”

Spyall and Roundabout are located near Port Broughton, on
the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia.
